Bossypants: Micro Review

Tina Fey’s Bossypants was funny, witty, and a little disappointing. If we look at Tina’s book like a paper, her thesis statement is roughly about what it means to be a woman and an executive producer of a TV show. After listening to the entire book, there was a loose outline of Tina’s life from child to comedic success with little satirical tidbits on how to be beautiful or raise a child. Overall, I did not have an overwhelming sense of what the book was about, or what conclusions I was supposed to draw from her life. Mediocre at best.
